Quality Designer Products, Reasonable Pricing
Easy to navigate site and clear explanation of options and lead times. I've ordered with Rove Concepts before and every product I've received thus far has been well packed, well detailed, and of sturdy construction. Pricing is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend for those who are style and budget conscious.
Ordering with RC was a snap
Ordering with RC was a snap. Purchased a custom sofa. Helped immensely that there was a bricks and mortar where I could actually touch, feel, sit and lie down in the sofa. Some were definitely not as comfy as they looked in the pics. Sofas are an individual thing. Customs are not refundable or returnable so that extra assurance prior to ordering was very useful. Good quality.

Easy site to navigate. The pictures are high quality and the furniture specifications were so detailed that it was easy to understand the size of each piece of furniture. The design and quality of the site is great. Overall it was a seamless and easy experience.

service is fine, but found the same chairs I bought for half the price at another shop after I bought from Rove, so appears pricing is inflated relative to other outlets, at least for some items (same quality, exact same model).

Questions quickly answered by online chat
I had several questions for the staff of their online chat room which were answered very quickly. I later had some difficulty when checking out (the online form did not accept the discount code) and I completed my order by phone. The staff were quite helpful.
