I live in what used to be the attic of my building and the second, very short flight of stairs is quite narrow. When I moved in my movers had to take the legs off of my couch in order to get it up to my apartment. I paid almost $300 for white glove delivery of my womb chair, anticipating that this might be an issue. The delivery men told me they couldn't get the chair up the stairs and when I asked about taking the legs off they said that they couldn't but I could. So I went up to my apartment and found an allen wrench that luckily worked to take the legs off. As I was unscrewing the legs, the movers (who were just standing there watching me) complained that their boss would be asking them what took so long, and that they wanted me to sign the receipt so that they could leave. I understand that this is a third party company whose workers are not authorized to disassemble the furniture, but the fact that they couldn't even wait 10 minutes to make sure I could take it apart and carry it up to my apartment myself was irksome, considering that I paid for white glove service. The chair is beautiful and comfortable but I am extremely disappointed with the delivery service.

This was the first time I purchased furniture online. Rove Concepts has a great experience which gave me the confidence to purchase an item without first seeing it in person, and I have a feeling I'll be coming back to their site for more items.

When ordering the product it shows a total, after putting in my credit card details to pay, the cost all of a sudden changes to a very higher rate which includes tax. I found it to be misleading which was disappointing. Also, I saw on FB that if I sign up for your emails I would receive $25 off my next order. As I put in my first order I could get 5% off but when I go to put in your email offer it won't accept both. Again, a little disappointing. As it is such a small amount for how much I am spending I hoped for this extra bonus that you promised. Please include the $25 off on my current order. Thank you.

I read reviews about bad customer service, but decided to give Rove a shot because I couldn't find better furniture elsewhere. I was pleasantly surprised by the availability of customer service reps and how smoothly my ordering process went. They even arranged a customer pick-up so I didn't have to pay for delivery. Overall, no complains. I just wish they held more stock in local warehouses so I didn't have to wait.
