beautiful product, not so good service
There was a mix up at the warehouse and we were shipped the wrong TV stand, filed a claim and it was responded quickly at first. Latter half of the customer service was not as satisfactory (ie. delayed / lack of response)
When we were assembling the correct TV stand, found that only 3 sets of bolt holes were drilled for the 4 legs, one set of holes were not drilled. After informing customer service of the issue was compensated with a credit.
If it wasn't for the mix up, it would have been 5 stars as I love the product itself.
Side note: online chat service is very helpful and quick response

Excellent products, at fair prices.
We have ordered twice from Rove Concepts - a womb chair and ottoman about a year ago and just recently a Florence bench. In both cases we are very happy with the quality. Shipping of course is not inexpensive, but furniture is hardly compact or lightweight - and anyway, the prices are very fair for furniture of such good quality, so that more than offsets the cost of having it shipped (versus being able to pick up). Both orders arrived earlier than promised, too.
color and return service
The price is great and so far the construction seems to hold up. The issue I have is that the color advertised on the website did not match the actual color in our space. We got the orange ones, and since there are no photos of the actual orange chairs, there was no way to know that they weren't tangerine orange as shown on the site, but halloween orange.
Then, I called to ask if we could return just the plastic seats and exchange them for black, but was told we'd have to return the entire chair. This makes is far more cumbersome and expensive to return, and they didn't offer to pay for the return themselves. So we ended up keeping them, but were a bit disappointed.
I will say, I do like the chairs, especially for the price.
Superfast Delivery-great chairs
I ordered six DSR plastic side chairs on 1/8/2017. I was pleasantly surprised to receive them on 1/11! Chairs were easy to assemble and look great. I am very pleased with my first purchase experience with Rove Concepts.

Shopping and shipping was pretty straight forward. Removed a star because i ordered to chairs, but the packaging was pretty inconsistent. One had instruction while the other didn't. One of them came with a lot of foam pieces inside, seemed to be either opened, or packed in a completely different way.
