If you live in a 4 floor walk up and receive a package the size of half your apt you know that unless the piece of furniture is in powder form, there's no way you'll return this product. Unfortunately, when we received our credenza the bottom two drawers were damaged and we had to DIY them so theyd work. It's a beautiful piece but for the $$ I would have expected it to be in new condition. And as I said, there's no way for us to store this thing in the box and wait until someone came to pick it up.

There's something to be said for being good at one thing.

I purchased this gorgeous bookshelf for my home office and could not be happier! The build is a bit time consuming but the instructions are very clear and the final product is well worth it. Great quality (real wood) and the color is very similar to the one pictured. Highly recommend!

I purchased dining chairs from Rove and love them. They are sturdy and exactly what I wanted. The online shopping experience was seamless also which made the purchase that much more enjoyable.

I ordered the womb chair and ottoman in the Wool Boucle fabric, colour Twilight. The colour is beautiful, a nice rich dark peacock blue - it is a great choice if you want something classic, but with a twist. It has more colour in the day, and at night in dimmer ligitng it looks almost midnight navy blue. The only minor negative is that the boucle holds onto lint, and in the darker colour shows every spec of lint (which will drive my annal side crazy). But still love it - would order again. The quality is good, seems to be well made & is very comfortable. The chair is large'ish, but since it is slim with raised legs it does not feel bulky in my smaller space. Rove was easy to work with, would by from them again.

We received our order with a couple of observations with regards to the condition of the items, just as a few screws were missing. I pointed this out on the website (nice and smooth claim interface I have to admit) and had within one day had the issue resolved above and beyond our expectations and satisfaction. Great customer service goes a long way and in this case ensured that I became a repeat customer!
