Website is user friendly but..
Website is user friendly. Customer service needs improvement, was on hold for 30+ minutes before attempting there online help service. It has been 3 days and no updates have been provided.

Did not honour credit
When I last placed an order, I was promised a $25 credit toward my next one. When I contacted support via chat to secure the credit, the representative (Mitchell) did not honour the offer. He said it was not recorded by the previous rep, so I ended up placing another order without the credit that was promised. Not great customer service on a couple of fronts.
The care team was helpful
The care team was helpful. However, I felt, it would be great, if I could apply the membership voucher $ rightaway towards a purchase rather than waiting for 30 days after I receive the merchandize.
Aubrey stools - Excellent customer service
I was looking at getting the Aubrey stools, but am hesitant to purchase a stool without sitting in it first. Stephanie arranged a virtual appt with another customer that owns the stools. This was very helpful. She also let me know that I could get the stools in the microfibre leather - which I ended up selecting. Now I am very confident in my purchase and am really looking forward to my stools arrival!

I purchased my Marcus dining table from Rove about 4 years ago, and recently purchased my Evelyn modular sectional May of this year. I cannot emphasize just how pleased I am with both purchases!

Zaria at the Melrose showroom was very helpful to me both when I was there and aferwards. I did have difficulty with your online credit application for purchase. It is very poorly designed and did not work at all - would not accept in typedinfo. hardly useful. Again,Zaria helped me out by taking the order herself.

Online purchase experience was great. Preordered a bed with a hold on shipping. Everything was easy and straightforward. Love the look of the bed online. Lots of pictures and a video showing details up close. Will update review upon delivery when I can see the bed in person. Joining the member program saved a lot of money too.
