I placed my first order with Rove Concepts yesterday. I have been hesitant due to many negative reviews I came across online. I called customer service phone line and left a v/m message (no one answered and this was the only option) pleased to say I recieved a callback only a couple hours after. The representative was great in answering all my questions and provided clarity on the order fulfillment processes. This interaction put my nerves at ease (stemmed from negative reviews). So far my experience has been good and I look forward to picking up and enjoying my new sofa in the future!

The furniture is beautiful and the merchandising is very well done. I can't wait to get our new dining chairs! My only frustration was the website was, at times, extremely slow and, at best, always at least two or three seconds to page load. The online customer agent was helpful, but also very slow in response. Also, you could be more clear about shipping expectations. "In Stock" doesn't mean it will ship right away, evidently. The agent informed me it would be at least 10 days to ship, and then the transit time, which was helpful for my planning. But I absolutely feel it's worth the patience. These comments are to make you even better. Thank you.

We had a great experience setting up a trade account and placing our first order with Rove. The setup was done within 24 hours, and the ordering was efficient through the website.

Fantastic customer service. I had questions regarding many images on the website and someone was quick and efficient in helping me figure everything out. Still waiting for my couch to deliver and it's been a while but hopeful that someone will respond soon, like they have in the past!

We are very happy with this table. The Marble is perfect. Much better then we expected. Fits four chairs perfectly with a bit of room for everyone. Great for in kitchen dining. Matches our marble back splash in the kitchen. Shipping was very fast as it was in stock. We did the normal delivery (not white glove) and it was fine. They brought it up to my condo. Was very easy to assemble - 4 screws, 1 allen key and done. Marble was very heavy but easy job for 2 people. Again very happy with purchase :)
