Great customer service.
I saw your ad on the NYTimes.com clicked and loved your designs. I had a few questions and your chat option appeared. At first I thought it was a chatbot, and if it was, I wouldn't have purchased. But there was a human on the other end, answering my questions quickly. Looking forward to the Milo sectional arrival.

My shopping experience so far has been very good. Website was easy to navigate. I really like that it has updated stock information, and when J called two different times with questions before placing my order, my customer service rep was helpful, professional and very friendly.

Unable to reach customer service
I placed an order (773689) Saturday morning and a couple of hours later, realized the size of the chairs would not go with my dining table. I tried calling customer service but this option was not available, there was no one answering calls on a Saturday. I sent an email to the concierge and I tried for 2 hours to use the “ chat” option. I finally figured it out ( I’m totally computer savvy however the chat box disappears while you are typing which made me think this was not working) and I was able to get someone to help me via chat. The chat person was very helpful and I was told they contacted the warehouse and my order will be canceled. It’s been over 48 hours since my last communication and I have still not received a reply to my email or some kind of confirmation for my cancellation. Since I had spent over a thousand dollars, I wanted the peace of mind that my cancelation is being processed.
This site looks great and I would consider shopping here in the future but i don’t like the fact that I have still not heard back from anyone. Returns or cancellations should not be this difficult , especially when they are done same day as the order.

Good product, disappointing wait time for earned vouchers.
The website was easy to use and I’m a returning customer who enjoys Roves product. I am disappointed though that I have to wait for my merchandise voucher until after the furniture is delivered. I am in the process of moving to a new home, and intend to use my voucher to purchase barstools. I would really like to have all of these delivered at the same time, so having to wait another 30 days past my delivery date is quite frustrating. If the incentive to shop with you is getting additional rebates in the form of merchandise vouchers, they should be made available prior, so that I can use all of my furniture at the same time.

everything was seamless and easy to order, used my voucher for $400 off. Only complaint is shipping seems really steep for 6 dining chairs. $300. Most sites (west elm/ CB2 etc are offering free shipping over certain amount spent, would Rove ever consider?)

Beautiful table!!
Ordered table in late February. It took a few weeks to get here but worked out because our move was delayed. The table is immaculate. Looks exactly like the photos. Beautiful table all around. Happy with our purchase

The most beautiful furniture
The furniture selection is really beautiful and we are very excited about our purchases! I love the concept of the membership program since we knew we wanted to buy multiple things from the store. The only downside was not finding out how long it will take to get the 10% back until after we made our purchase. The website itself was also a little bit slow and sometimes wouldn’t allow you to scroll and see dimensions of products. Overall great experience though!
