I have bought furniture from Rove…
I have bought furniture from Rove before and I loved the service and quality.
However, I placed my order on March 9/21 and I haven’t received an update on shipping/pick up yet. This review is dated on March 22/21.
I understand the current implications due to Covid, but an update and communication on the progress would be greatly appreciated.
I’m not a fan when companies are quick cashing on payments of the customers and falling short on their customer service.

Aubrey Dining Chairs
I have been searching for dining chairs for a while, and after lots of research, I finally decided on the Aubrey Dining Chairs from Rove Concepts. I was impressed with the price-point, selection, design, and durability of the microfiber leather. I also reached out to customer service to inquire about the weight capacity of the chairs, and they were very quick to respond. They said they are rated up to 350 lbs., so they seem to be well-made, and that was much higher than any other chairs I was considering. Also, I ordered several free swatches, which arrived quickly and seemed to be of high quality. I just placed my order, so I have not received my chairs yet, but so far I am impressed and can't wait to get them!

Modern and Beautiful
This is my third exceptional purchase from Rove Concepts. The lounge chairs are sleek and clean and add an upscale look to my outdoor sitting area. My only wish is that I ordered the black colour instead of white, as they clash with my taupe coloured house. Otherwise, I am extremely happy with the look and quality.
Super shopping experience.
My husband and I have been outfitting a house we are building on St. John Island and were looking for quality stools for the kitchen island that looked modern and sleek and did not require assembly. These checked off all the boxes and more. They are truly beautiful and once our house is finished we look forward to seeing them at our Island, all pun intended. Purchasing from start to delivery was very professional and items arrived shortly after we ordered them.

Website does not allow $0 checkouts after voucher is applied
I used a voucher that was awarded in a previous purchase I made; the voucher's value is greater than the value of the item I am trying to purchase, which means the total amount payable is $0. In any online shopping website, this would not be a problem, as you have greater credits than your total cart's value. However, with Rove Concepts, the system forbids the check out process to proceed. I have to purchase additional service (shipping which I don't need) to increase the total to $80 in order for check out to succeed. There is definitely a bug in the system, or if Rove intentionally does this so that you will have to buy something.

After seeing the Wishbone Counter Stools on Instagram, I decided to buy three for my refreshed Kitchen. The process was very straight forward. I’m pleased to have joined he membership and look forward to future purchases.
Gorgeous and comfortable
My wife posted the picture of "sectional Sofa Connectors" in our basement into her facebook account. She got so many compliments, which made her feel great. It is gorgeous looking and very comfortable. I highly recommend this sectional from Rove Concept. Only complaint I have toward Rove Concept is that shipping is a kind of expensive. Other than that, I am really satisfied.

I have shopped twice on the Rove Concept site over the last month. The furniture looks great, and the reviews are very helpful. I have not received any of my items yet, so i cannot comment on quality or delivery. I wish they would do a better job of estimating delivery times during the purchase as it is very vague.

Shipping for an "in stock" section is…
Shipping for an "in stock" section is taking 3 weeks to deliver. That's disappointing. It would also be nice to offer deeper discounts when buying multiple pieces. Also the Dresden comes as a three piece sectional but it's not possible to swap the sides for the same cost although the side sections are the same cost. It adds almost a $1000 to the cost to change the configuration and still buy three pieces.
