Good service, a little disappointed in the couch May 12, 2017
First, I will say that I do get compliments on the couch and I even had a friend who was moving at the same time as I bought the couch, and she thought about buying it as well.
The delivery was rather quick - maybe 2.5 weeks from when I placed the order. I am also very happy with the payment plan - I am set up for automatic payments get text message updates a few days before the money is taken out of my checking.
The couch IS what it's supposed to be, meaning that I can't really say they didn't deliver what I was expecting, but it just looks so beautiful and luxurious in the photos online and then in person it is a little lumpy and dull. The cover is not pulled very tight, the stuffing is not very comfortable, and it is a little lumpy underneath (the part near where your feet will stretch out on the chaise is more stuffed than the normal part where you are seated). Also, the fabric is a little more woven than I was expecting, I thought it would be flatter.
ALSO - the company who set up the couch put their tools on my very expensive glass table (and favorite piece of furniture) and now there are small scratches on it :(
Anyway I will not return it, because I am lazy and I don't even know how I would coordinate a return on something that was set up in my house, so it's ok, but I would not recommend spending this much money unless you are able to see it in person first.
